Please note that due to correction times, certificates and attestations for summer semester courses can only be sent in mid/end October and for winter semester courses in mid/end April. However, you are welcome to submit a corresponding request before then.  For urgent requests, please contact Mrs Susanne Kurz.

Please note that certificates of attendance are issued solely in digital form and sent by e-mail.

Certificates are always printed and sent by mail.

Privacy policy

We use the TYPO3 ‘Powermail’ function on our website to provide forms for our graduates to easily order certificates. The data voluntarily entered in these forms is forwarded by e-mail to the responsible persons and processed. Under no circumstances will it be passed on to third parties without prior express consent. The form data is also stored in the database of our content management system.

In addition, the general data protection declaration of the University of Cologne applies without restriction.
